Who you are dealing with
These terms govern sessions booked through numerology.cz, operated by A28A s.r.o., IČO 23651610, VAT ID CZ23651610, registered office V třešňovce 224/8, Hrdlořezy, 190 00 Praha 9, Czech Republic, contactable at contact@numerology.cz. By booking a session you agree to them.
What is being offered
A personal consultation, prepared individually from the birth details and name you provide, and delivered either online by video call or in person by arrangement. A standard session lasts one hour. During that hour you are welcome to ask whatever you wish within the subject of the consultation.
The nature of the service
Numerology and astrology are interpretative traditions. A consultation is offered for personal insight and reflection. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or investment advice, it does not replace professional advice in any of those fields, and no particular outcome is promised or guaranteed. Decisions you take after a session remain yours.
Sessions are for clients aged 18 or over. A reading concerning another person, including a child, is prepared only where you are entitled to provide that person's details.
Prices and payment
A full numerological and astrological assessment costs 2,600 CZK. Name balancing and strengthening costs 2,800 CZK. Prices are those shown on the site at the moment you book.
No payment is taken through this website. Payment details are agreed with you when the session is confirmed, and payment is due as agreed in that confirmation.
Booking, changes and cancellation
Sessions are booked for a specific time through the booking page, and the time is held for you once the confirmation email is sent. That email contains a link you can use to cancel.
Please cancel or ask to move a session at least 24 hours before it starts. Within 24 hours, or where you do not attend, the preparation has already been done and the fee may be charged in full. We will of course accommodate genuine emergencies.
If we have to cancel or move a session, we will offer you an alternative time or return anything you have paid, whichever you prefer.
Your right of withdrawal
As a consumer buying at a distance you may normally withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. Where you ask for the session to take place inside that period and expressly agree to it beginning, the right of withdrawal ends once the session has been fully delivered, in accordance with Czech law. To withdraw, write to contact@numerology.cz before the session.
What we need from you
An analysis is only as good as the details it is built on. Your name must be given exactly as it is spelled on your documents, and your date of birth must be correct. Where a session has to be repeated because the details supplied were wrong, a further fee may apply.
Materials and copyright
Any written analysis, chart or document you receive is for your personal use. The text and images on this website, and the method as it is presented here, remain our property and may not be republished or resold without permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for intentional harm, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our liability arising from a session is limited to the fee paid for it.
Complaints and disputes
If something is wrong, write to contact@numerology.cz and we will deal with it. A consumer who is not satisfied may turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, Štěpánská 15, 120 00 Praha 2, www.coi.cz) for out-of-court resolution.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live are unaffected.

These terms were last updated on 15 September 2026. The version in force is the one published here when you book.
