28 day challenge to change karma 16

✨ Karmic birth days – what they mean and how to work with them

Today I would like to share with you what exactly karmic birth days mean, when they appear and how best to work with their energy.

Before we look at them in detail, let us say briefly something about karma. Karma is a certain burden from the past that we carry into our present life. It comes to us through life lessons and leads us to work on ourselves and gradually set aside old, non-functioning patterns of behaviour. When we understand and accept these lessons, change arrives – success, contentment, inner peace and a better relationship with ourselves.

There are four karmic birth days: 13, 14, 16 and 19.

And because I myself was born on the 16th day, we will start precisely with the number 16. 🙂

🔢 Karmic day 16 – energy, challenges and life direction

The number 16 combines within itself the vibrations of 1, 6 and 7, including their negative aspects. It is the only karmic number strongly connected with family. This means that we carry a certain debt towards those close to us – and life repeats similar situations for us for as long as it takes for us to understand our lessons from them.

The energy of day 16 often points to:

  • a strong ego and unbalanced emotions (mainly anger and negative thinking),
  • tendencies towards depression,
  • distrust of oneself and of others,
  • fear of the unknown,
  • an inability to take risks or to start something new,
  • difficulties finishing things,
  • an inner contradiction between who we are and who we would like to be.

Yes, it sounds like the "perfect" partner for life… 😄 You wake up in the morning and you are already thinking about what went wrong, who annoyed you, and you would most like to go back to bed.

But the great news is that this can be worked with!

💛 How to work with the energy of karmic day 16 – practical steps

Start slowly, with small steps:

1. Thank yourself first thing in the morning

After waking up, thank yourself for being here and for managing your life. In this way you set a different energy for the day.

2. Write down your 5 strengths and 5 skills

A) Download and print this PDF file, in which you can write down your 5 skills and 5 strengths.

B) Stick the paper in a visible place. Whenever you have a hard day, read it. It strengthens self-worth.

3. Reward yourself for completing a task

Even if you had to force yourself into it. In this way you will build a positive habit.

4. Be kind to those close to you

Anger can gradually be prevented – it is enough to catch it before it breaks out. Try to be more conscious.

5. Try the 28-day challenge

For 28 days, try to apply all the mentioned steps consistently. (You can download the PDF file with the 28-day karmic challenge here – you can then also print it out.)

Once you start the challenge, write to me about how you are getting on and what has changed in your life. I will be glad to read it. 💛

🌿 Tips for health and balance

  • meditate (feel free to do so while walking or in a warm bath),
  • learn new things – it strengthens the energy of the number 7,
  • move, regular movement cleanses the mind and the emotions.

Thank you for listening and I look forward to seeing you next time – next time we will look at karmic number 13.
